Are Arabs Stupid?

If you observe  the Arab nations, you will hear from the leaders of  the Arab nations  that democracy is a western concept , and it doesn't suit the Arabs. Why it doesn't suit the Arabs? Because Arabs are stupid; The Arab leaders based their understanding on the grounds that there are not enough educated Arabs to form a democratic institution. This  is the state-of-the-art  (is bullshit as the democrats in USA say, or  gerrymandering as the Republicans in USA say). Therefore, Arab leaders are smart, and the world should deal with Arab leaders, because their subjects are stupid. Arabs are stupid because Arab  leaders are stupid. 22 plot (24 including the Islamic Republic of Hamas, and the Kingdom of Yasseria) – each plot that an Arab nomad  acquired  from colonial offices of  France, UK, and others  was turned into a Republican, or Kingdom (some plots are the size as the American republicans say “micro-states” , or as Democrats say “fart in a church”),  some plots have been tagged as Kingdom Hashimiya, or Kingdom Saudia, family ownership , not to mention that the members of CIA were glad to work with them ,  and not considering the long-term harm to USA interest in the region, or even to USA.
