How did CIA make USA safe by fucking us

In Qatar, Saudi Arabia , UAE, and Kuwait, the entire economic and social development of these nations have been  nourished by Allah Akbar, hate, national strife, and poisoning  my life, and yours. They are untouchable. These nations and Israel are untouchable. If you don't believe me ask their friends in CIA. CIA says fucking us has secured, and made  USA safe , and the tribal oil sheikhs leaders two. I know CIA has  made the tribal oil sheikhs safe, and secured, but How did CIA  make USA safe by fucking us? , I have no fucking Idea.
