The dialogue that is spoken by  the SNC president, Ahmad Jarba , the Syrian  opposition in the Geneva conference is a nomad dialogue that is spoken in Saudi Arabia . I don’t know if he is addressing the tribal institutions in the Arabian peninsula, or the rebel in Syria.
