VOA Buffalo baffled me

I used to watch classical shows that provided via satellites , and then somehow disappeared from my screen , and then I have started to watch VOA in English ; news, laws, congress  , and other political , judicial issues, and then disappeared, I brought an expert to reprogram my TV channels, but still , and then I  m self  continued to reprogram and reprogram the channels hopefully I will bring back my VOA , but all my efforts failed.  Now, I am watching VOA in Persian (I cannot get VOA in Arabic)  , and sometimes  VOA in English , issues,  programs about  Buffalos, and how to roast chicken wings,  and I am really baffled.
