There is a shortage of electricity in my district. In other
word there is no electricity at the
moment . I don’t know whether it is entire Kuwait, or just my district. This is not the first time, usually my ghostly
cell goes without electricity for hours, but not the entire district . Ironically
, the company that is fixing the cable was involved in toppling the government
of Emir Kuwait
