America Stay away from Fast Food in GCC

If you are an American, or any other westerners (We are like Republicans who do not differentiate between a Sikh, and a Saudi Muslim) do not eat in American and other fast Food restaurants in GCC  , you don’t know who is the cook, I was poisoned.
