My dirty underwear, and Chinese cyber espionage

I bought an IP from Kuwait, designed in USA, and made in China. I thought I bought an American cell phone. It is not. It  turned out to be a Chinese. FBI  indicted five of China ‘s  officers with charges of cyber espionage. The officers are accused of hacking into American companies to steal trade secrets in the nuclear, metal and solar energy sectors.  Espionage is common in our world , no one can denies it,  I know that spies in USA are looking into my dirty underwear, but their aim is not to copy my underwear and sell . They do it for security reason. There is obviously difference between stealing and spying,  to my opinion.
