Muhammad's Sharia law, and the conspiracy against Emir of Kuwait

During Iraqi occupation in Kuwait , an 18 years old kid sees a dead Iraqi soldier laying  in the street, so he informed  the Iraqi occupiers about the dead body  . He was detained, tortured, and his brain was blasted  in front of  his family.  Two days ago, a tweeter was detained because he tweeted a conspiracy to overthrow the Emir of Kuwait, he is now detained, questioned , and the alleged conspirators filled a case against him.
