Al rai (newspaper) obtained sensitive information  from informed sources that the Department of Electronic Crimes Detectives were able to detain  the tweeter (a.a.Q) the holder of the account in question and he was referred to the public prosecutor after he was interrogated.

The sources said the holder of the tweeter account was detained after  careful , and rigid surveillance by the Mubath al-Elctronia (electronic CID)  . His location and his complete file ware identified,    the  holder of the account  was watched  at his  work in a commercial location, and he was detained when he left his work , and immediately he was questioned  ,
The sources revealed that an authorization was obtained from the Public Prosecutor to search the house of the owner of the account , where Devices that he used for his tweeting were found , and he provided the authorities with everything that he used for his tweeting from the beginning of the opening the account until his arrest.
The sources said the account holder  who had  criminal records was transferred to the  public prosecutor with damning  documents  where he was questioned .
And  the sources  was shocked to know that a group of tweeters including account holder «Only the Doustor” » were conversing  about having a tape attributed to the Speaker of the former National Assembly Jassem Al-Kharafi and former Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad , reveals about « a conspiracy against the ruler of Kuwait »  obtained by the  Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad that he will give it to the political leadership, and the former spokesman for the National Assembly filled a case against the holder account of the tweeter “only Doustor” to the prosecutor  .
 and others to uncover the truth about the alleged « tape- sedition »  .
and the petition in the case revealed  that the alleged tape is obtained by the Ahmad Al-Fahad and will submit it to the Emir of Kuwait  « revealing  plot to destabilize and bring about changes in the system of the  government » , and the petition was based on the  « excerpts posted on tweeters withstand extreme insult to discredit Al-Kharafi and  the lethal messages were aimed  to destabilize  the whole country » .
and the petition in the file case urged  the public prosecutor to  bring “ anyone who asserts that he had evidence of his lies and his claims whatsoever to be provideded to the investigating authorities » asking also the prosecutor to issue an order “ to get the alleged tape  and listen to it  to make sure of the fact of  that crooked scheme » considering what has been revealed is “ the act of evil aiming  at dragging the country towards a dark tunnel , and the goal is to keep the route of freedom only for themselves which  they will not get the permission of God »

ألقي القبض على صاحب حساب «إلا الدستور» في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي «تويتر»، بعد أن وضع الساحة المحلية في أجواء «مؤامرة الشريط المزعوم». وعلمت «الراي» من مصادر مطلعة أن إدارة مباحث الجرائم الأكترونية تمكنت من ضبط المغرد (أ. ع . ف) صاحب الحساب المذكور واحالته الى النيابة العامة بعد أن حققت معه. وكان صاحب حساب «الا الدستور» أول من أثار موضوع «الشريط» وتبناه، وضمن تغريداته بعض الشتائم التي طالت شخصيات اعتبارية في الكويت. وقالت المصادر انه تم رصد صاحب الحساب من قبل المباحث الالكترونية بعد متابعة ومراقبة دقيقة، حيث تم التعرف الى مكانه وبياناته كاملة. وأضافت أنه تم التربص بصاحب الحساب في موقع وظيفته حيث يعمل في موقع تجاري وتم ضبطه لدى خروجه من مكان العمل وبوشر التحقيق معه. وكشفت المصادر أنه تم الحصول على إذن من النيابة العامة لتفتيش منزل صاحب الحساب، حيث تم العثور على مجموعة من الأجهزة التي استخدمها في تغريداته، كما تم الاستدلال على كامل ما بثه من تغريدات من بداية فتح الحساب الى حين القبض عليه. وقالت المصادر انه تمت إحالة صاحب الحساب، الذي أوضحت أنه من أرباب السوابق وصاحب سجل جنائي، الى النيابة العامة بالمستندات التفصيلية حيث خضع للتحقيق. واستغربت المصادر عن قيام مغردين من ضمنهم صاحب حساب «الا الدستور» بالحديث عن وجود شريط منسوب الى رئيس مجلس الامة السابق جاسم الخرافي ورئيس الحكومة السابق سمو الشيخ ناصر المحمد، يتحدث عن «مؤامرة على الحكم» موجود لدى الشيخ أحمد الفهد سيقوم بايصاله الى القيادة السياسية. وكان الرئيس الخرافي تقدم ببلاغ الى النائب العام ضد مالك حساب «الا الدستور» وآخرين لكشف حقيقة «شريط الفتنة» المزعوم. وجاء في البلاغ أن الشريط المدّعى وجوده لدى احمد الفهد وسيتقدم به الى سمو الأمير «يتحدث عن مؤامرة لزعزعة الاستقرار وإحداث تغييرات في نظام الحكم»، واستند البلاغ الى «مقتطفات نشرت على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تحمل إساءة بالغة للنيل من الخرافي وطوت داخلها سموما تحاول القضاء على البلد بأسره». وطالب البلاغ النيابة العامة أن تكلف «كل من يزعم بان لديه أدلة على أكاذيبه ومزاعمه أيا كان أن يقدمها الى جهات التحقيق»، طالبا أيضا من النائب العام إصدار اوامره «للحصول على الشريط المزعوم والاستماع اليه للتأكد من حقيقة ذلك المخطط الفاسد» معتبرا ما أشيع بانه «أفعال شيطانية تهدف الى جر البلد نحو نفق مظلم والهدف أن تخلو الساحة أمام هؤلاء وهو ما لن يحصل بإذن الله».
