The former dictator of Egypt,  Hosni Mubarak in an article published in al-rai Kuwaiti newspaper today said that  Mubarak is praising the tribal oil sheiks in the GCC countries  for supporting worldwide terror, and the fascist dictators around the world, and for their continuance  support to  Sisi because he is the only one who can terrorize USA
