Human Rights Watch reshuffling of power in Saudi Arabia

What Saudi Arabia has done  reminds me of Kuwait. Kuwait did the same. Not long time ago, when Emir of Kuwait felt pressure on him,  Emir appointed women, and even Shiites to high positions, when the  storm was over , Emir called the old guards back to their cabinets, and offices. This reshuffling by the Kingdom is only temporary as soon  the storm  ( Saudi call it Hazim- Liberals call it FeeNaa)  that al-Sauid inflicted upon themselves is over, all guards will be back.
