Selling cigarettes to Kuwaiti Children

A Kuwaiti child , seven years old, say to a Cashier in the so called Co-opt, “ I want a cigarette”  , and the Cashier gives him one. “aren't you too small to smoke” I said to him. With his dark glasses , he turned toward me and said; “stay away I am Mubahaith” (secret policeman).  I heard many times such words, Also I heard that the cashiers in these stores (all of them expatriates) take huge profits from cigarette companies when they  sell cigarettes to the children of Kuwait )
