The case against Devyani Khobragade shows
clearly the extent of corruption in India. Khobragade was indicted because she
treated her maid of all work as a slave. A slave is treating another as a slave
. This is India. Slavery exists in
India, but not in USA.
A slave who traveled from a slave-state to free-state,
and tried to implement her own state slavery laws on free state. Devyani
Khobragade can not do that, but the Irony, is that the case was an opportunity
for India to free itself from Slavery , but it didn't, and that the citizens in India it seems me, they are happy with the slavery, and do not
wish to see changes.
Saudi Arabia is beheading Indians , I have not heard any
protest in India against Saudi Arabia, because slave-states treats another slave-states
as equal .
Devyani Khobragade should’ve been charged
according to USA laws, not the law of the nations of slavery. Sadly even in USA
sometimes, laws have been overshadowed by
rugged politics like a valley overshadowed by rugged mountains .
After September 11 attack against USA, many tribal oil sheiks, and their diplomats
fled USA, of course with the help of the
Republican leaders, but Mr Bush the leader of USA at that time, and a
Republican had to satisfy the Americans
thirst for revenge, after all, he is a faithful Christian, and a believer in
Jesus, the criminal, he had to kick any asses to make the Americans happy.
Mr.
Bush danced with the leaders of al-qadae, his secretary was showing her sexy
legs to the leader of al-qadae, yet Mr. Bush bombed us.
Although many of the tribal oil sheiks, and
their supporters were indicted and questioned by the USA justice, but politics played
crucial role in massive investigation, the guilty ones were freed , and
assholes still are in the Jail of Guantanamo.
One of
the prominent judge who was nominated for the Supreme court during Reagan's epoch, a conservative,
but very intelligent, lost nomination, in my opinion , because he was too
intelligent. When he stood up in front of the eyes of the Cameras, he said , today politics is overriding our laws.
