American Congress is Laughing at Karzai

Why the congress install Hamad Karzai to be president of Afghanistan? His funny piece of clothing, and the members of  the congress to make fun of him, President Reagan used to invite the tallest leaders (Abdu Deuif)  , and the shortest leader (Emir of Bahrain )  to  the congress to laugh. Now, Karzai is scared of al-qadae, that he and his brother nurtured on one hand, and were  killing them on the other hand  as king of Saudi Arabia another ally of USA congress is doing.
